  • Professional products are used that are safe on your dogs skin and eyes.
  • The utmost care is taken during the washing and drying process to ensure your pet is comfortable and safe.
  • If a dog is showing ANY signs of stress or discomfort during any part of the grooming process we will stop the groom immediately. 
  • If any dog is showing signs of stress or discomfort while being dried with the blow dryer, towel drying will then be done.
  • Temperature regulated geyser so there is no risk of scolding your dog's skin with boiling water.
  • Temperature regulated dryer as to not burn your dog's skin with hot air.
  • All I require is access to an outside tap and a plug point for power.

All grooms include the following

  • Nail clipping ONLY - R120.00
  • Medicated bathing available - Contact for pricing
  • Dematting and small knots - Additional costs will be incurred 

Dematting and small knots - This is time consuming as extra care is taken to not hurt your dog. If your dog has matts and knots an additional R200.00 will be charged  to any bath and brush or grooming price quoted.

Please note that if your dog is badly matted we will recommend a shave.

Cuddles Tidy

We offer a tidy on your dogs current style with your bath and brush at an addition cost. Please enquire what those costs will be.

Double Coated Dogs

If you have the following dog breeds, please note that an additional fee of R200.00 is charged.

This is due to the time it takes to properly brush out the coat and to dry the coat appropriately. 

Please note that this is only applicable to dogs that have not been shaved, cut or styled and still have their natural coat.

Please note:

  • Only dog's - No Cats
  • No dog will be groomed if they still have sutures or bandages.
  • Medicated bathing can be arranged - owners to supply the medicated shampoo.
  • No dog will be bathed and brushed if they have a severely matted coat - it is incredibly painful and cruel.
  • If your dog is badly matted, we will recommend having them shaved. 
  • A careful inspection is done of your dogs skin and coat before the groom - please note that if the coat is severely matted or very thick we may not be able to see any issues on the skin till the groom is completed. We will then inform you of any concerns that we come across.
  • All dog's are given the best care and love during the groom and they will all get a special treat !

We will under no circumstances groom any aggressive dogs

We love and respect all dog breeds, we do however reserve the right to refuse grooming on some breeds.

Last booking will be at 14:00 depending on the breed of dog and grooming requirement

Due to my trailers design some driveways are inaccessible - I will under no circumstances groom any dog on the road for their safety and mine.
